Warranty

FreVon guarantees each Ball Cannon® to be free from defects in materials and those caused by workmanship. This does not apply to normal wear or damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation, unreasonable use, damage caused by the use of accessories or parts not provided by FreVon or components that are altered, modified, or disassembled. FreVon's obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts as is deemed necessary and as covered under this warranty. If you have a problem with your product, and if the problem is covered under this warranty, at FreVon’s discretion, your product will either be authorized for return/exchange or replacement parts and assembly instructions will be provided free of charge, less the cost of shipping or handling.

Warranty Period: 1 YEAR FROM PURCHASE DATE

During the limited warranty period, product components such as parts and accessories may be discontinued or modified. This may result in FreVon providing replacement parts that are different from those provided with the originally purchased model. We reserve the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured. This warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase.

Returns Policy

Frevon, Inc. will only accept the return of unused and undamaged products that are returned in the original packaging and were sold as new units. Frevon, Inc. does not accept the return of any units sold as reconditioned or blemished units.

Within ten (10) days after receipt of the Product, Purchaser must contact Frevon Support at 610-370-7060 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

After Purchaser receives an RMA number from Frevon, Inc. Purchaser must return the Product to Frevon Inc. in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. The Product must be received by Frevon, Inc. no later than ten (10) days after the RMA was issued.

Upon receipt of the returned Product, Frevon, Inc. will inspect the returned Product to confirm that it is unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Upon such confirmation, and provided the Purchaser has followed the procedure set forth in this Policy, Frevon, Inc. will credit Purchaser an amount equal to the Purchaser’s purchase price (not including shipping), less a 10% restocking fee.

If Purchaser returns Product that is used, damaged, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in accord with this policy, Frevon, Inc. shall not issue any credit to Purchaser and Purchaser shall pay all costs for return shipment of the Product to Purchaser.

Service/Repairs
